1:This machine consists of four working positions:forming position,punching position,cutting position and stacking position.It realizes high automatic production by combining forming,punching,cutting and stacking four in one,which enables high automatic efficient working,saving lots of cost,labor,production time and machine footprint.It is very ideal machine to make lids,packing box,flower pot,containers which need forming,punching and cutting works together.
2:Forming,punching,cutting position each are driven by 2 sets of Servo motors connected with crankshaft up and down which offers high precision and very fast running for the up and down working tables.Working speed max can reach up to 45molds/min.
3:Stacking position is driven by Servo Motors,which offer high precision stacking and counting.
4:With both pressure and vacuum air source device,it realizes either pressure forming or vacuum forming in the forming position.
5:Three columns structure guarantee high precision of table accuracy.Parallelism variation of up and down table is controlled under 0.003mm.
6:Servo Motor driven sheet sending and drawing offers high precision running and drawing.Drawing depth is easy to be setted on touch screen.
