Our company is a professional plastic sheet thermoforming machine (high class type) manufacture. It is mainly used to make cups or containers with 170mm forming depth and 34molds/min working speed. The structure of the whole machine is compact, so one mold has all the functions, like pressing giving, forming, cutting, cooling, etc.

The plastic sheet thermoforming machine is fit for producing PP, PE, PET, PS, HIPS plastic products, like milk cup, jelly cup, ice cream cup, one-off cup, instant noodle bowl, fast food box and food box, etc.
1. The machine takes conjugate cam structure that makes the machine is characterized of stable running, simple operation and convenient maintenance.

1. Unique tilting mold connect perfectly with vacuum cups taking units for automatic cup's stacking and counting. All movement of cups taking units are controlled by servo motors for high precision.
2. Servo motor driven drawing unit offers fast and precision drawing and drawing depth can be easy set on touch screen. Pneumatic valves adopts Japanese famous brand.
3. Whole machine is controlled by PLC. Main parameters are easy to be set on touch screen.
4. Our plastic sheet thermoforming machine is produced according to CE standards. Quality is controlled under ISO9001:2000 system
